KSA: Alfursan Lounge @ King Abdulaziz International Airport

South Terminal, King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Daily: 24 hours

Saudia's lounge shares the same name as its frequent flyer programme. During our transit at Jeddah, my BFF and I spent most of the time at the lounge. Business Class and First Class passengers can access the lounge for free, while their Economy Class counterparts can do so by paying at the door.

After clearing security screening, we went straight to the lounge, which actually looks quite promising from the outside.

It was somewhat crowded that evening, but we still managed to secure leather seats with a power socket nearby.

There are quite a lot of leather chairs around.

Most of the newspaper are in Arabic.

There are a few computers available, but I didn't see anyone using them. If you're feeling bored, you may want to consider filling up a feedback form on one of the touch screen panels.

The food and beverages can be found at the centre of the lounge. Click here to find out more about the buffet spread.

The cooked food only arrived an hour after we stepped into the lounge.

Free flow Arabic coffee and Sukariya dates!

The toilet is small, equipped with only one shower room.

The lounge is pretty basic, but I don't have anything to complain about it. To my content, I saw the staff members were prompt in clearing the dining tables and maintaining cleanliness of the lounge as a whole.
