Beppu, Oita, Japan Daily: 8.00am - 5.00pm In the previous post , I've written on three of Seven Hells of Beppu: Oniishi Bozu, Umi and Kamado. Today, we shall take a look at the other four: Oniyama and Shiraike in Kannawa district, as well as Tatsumaki and Chi No Ike in Shibaseki district. There's actually one more 'hell' besides those seven that my BFFs and I didn't go to.

Beppu, Oita, Japan Daily: 8.00am - 5.00pm Probably the most popular attractions of the hot spring town of Beppu, the so-called Seven Hells of Beppu are geothermal pools of various sizes and colours for viewing. Five of them are within walking distance in Kannawa district, while the other two are in Shibaseki district.

Said to be the birthplace of the national parks in Canada, it's the lowest component of nine sulfurous hot springs of Sulphur Mountain.

Sabeto Valley, Nadi, Fiji Mon-Sat: 9.00am - 5.00pm On one of the days at the island of Viti Levu, my BFF and I signed up for a private tour that cost us  FJD 150.00 (~S$97.60)  per person. Yes, it certainly burned a hole in each of our pockets, but we really dislike group tours. Besides, we could go here and there without having to worry too much about time with our gregarious and knowledgeable driver. Our first stop was the Sabeto Hot Springs and Mud Pool.
