As one of the most influential leaders in the world, Uncle Ho made it to the TIME magazine's list of 100 Most Important People of the Twentieth Century.

Hanoi, Vietnam Hanoi is the capital city of Vietnam, second to Ho Chi Minh City in terms of population. It was the capital of North Vietnam from 1954 to 1976, which then became the capital of a reunified Vietnam from 1976 onwards. Hanoi has been around for more than a thousand years with the millennial anniversary celebrated from 1 to 10 October 2010.

Let's continue from where we left off with regard to my December 2016 trip. I had the chance to try not only the old Business Class cabin on the inbound flight to Bangkok, Thailand ( HX773 ), but also the new one on the outbound flight to Hong Kong as you're about to see in this post.

Level 3 (Near Gate G2), Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok, Thailand Daily: 24 hours There are six Louis' Tavern CIP Lounges at Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport. As our plane was parked at Gate G2, we were directed by the staff at the check-in counter to go to the one just opposite the said gate.

It's sitting on what had been formerly known as Nong Nguhao (lit. Cobra Swamp), which was subsequently drained. In addition, it has got the world's tallest free-standing control tower at 132.2 m.

However, the owner sent an e-mail message to me three days prior to my arrival at Bangkok, Thailand, saying that there was a problem with the pipes in the room. As such, he had to cancel my reservation as there were no other rooms available. How then?

Cambodia Angkor Air replaced the former national airline called Royal Air Cambodge, which ceased operations back in 2001.

CAM: Siem Reap International Airport

Angkor Phnom Penh Street, Phnom Penh, Cambodia Second to Phnom Penh International Airport in terms of size, Siem Reap International Airport is nonetheless the busiest airport in Cambodia in terms of passenger traffic. It's situated approximately 6 km away from town with the new terminal inaugurated on 28 August 2006.

Siem Reap, Cambodia I didn't really take a lot of pictures of the downtown area of Siem Reap (lit. Siam Defeated), but basically it's always busy with a lot of vehicles passing by. The once quaint village has developed into the largest boom town in the whole of Cambodia, where the local lifestyle and modern amenities coexist pretty well.
