2 Gonghang-ro, Yongdam 2(i)-dong, Jeju Island, South Korea
Jeju International Airport was originally established in 1942 as a military facility before being reopened as an international airport in 1968. It's said that the number of passengers on domestic flights to the airport reached over 13 million in 2009, exceeding that of Gimpo International Airport in Seoul.
On the day of our departure from the island, the owner of the
Goodstay Nulsong Parktel drove my BFF and I to the airport. Thank you very much, sir! :)

What an empty international departure check-in area~ |

I love the colours of the flight information board. |

Such a cute-looking donation box! |
If you've got a lot of time to spare, you may want to check out the collections of the little museum at the airport. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.
In contast, the domestic departure check-in area was really crowded.
Despite knowing that there'd be food served onboard, we went to the
food court to eat our first lunch.

What to eat? Hmm... |
|
Such a nice-looking water station section~ |

Has anyone been on Jeju Air before? |
Sigh, I'd love to stay in Jeju Island forever.
