HKG: Club Bauhinia Lounge @ Hong Kong International Airport

Level 6 (Near Gate 23), Hong Kong International Airport, Hong Kong
Daily: 6.00am - 1.30am

The first thing that my BFF and I did upon clearing immigration and getting our luggage was to go outside the terminal building to enjoy the cold December breeze that's absent in Singapore. We went straight to check-in with Hong Kong Airlines after that for our next flight. As we were going to fly in the Business Class, we had the opportunity to enter the flagship lounge named Club Bauhinia Lounge.

We strolled to the secluded lounge, which is located near Gate 23.

I've always enjoyed looking at the ceiling of the terminal building.

It appears that I've flown with all the airlines which livery can be seen clearly in this picture.
The lounge isn't particularly big in terms of size, but there are plenty of seats. It was about one-third occupied that evening.

I looked so sleepy, right? xP
Four simple beds are available for those who need a quick nap.

Wow, so old school!
As we headed towards the buffet section for dinner, we were excited to see a made-to-order section.

They didn't replenish the orange and apple juice... :/
Essense tea made its debut at the Hong Kong International Tea Fair in August 2009.
You don't need to wait at the made-to-order section after placing an order as a pager will be handed out. Click here to find out how was our dinner.

Cart noodle and minced dace fish soup from the made-to-order section! :)
It's a pity that there are no shower facilities inside the lounge.

You get to enjoy the painting of the city skyline while peeing. Haha... :P

As the clock struck midnight, we got ourselves ready to leave the lounge for our 12.40am flight.
