Level 2 (Near Gate A3), Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok, Thailand
Daily: 4.30am - 10.00pm
As "Asia's Boutique Airline", Bangkok Airways is unique in the region as it offers lounge access to not only Business Class passengers, but also those travelling in the Economy Class. As my BFF and I fell under the latter for our outbound journey to Luang Prabang, Laos, we had the chance to have a quick bite in between breakfast and lunch in the lounge for free.
When it was first launched, I thought that it was another budget airline. How grossly mistaken was I, given its current standing now as an airline that consistently delivers top-notch service.

"To be the leading airline in Asia" - way to go! |

The Blue Ribbon Lounge is for Business Class passengers and premium frequent flyers. |
I'd thought that the lounge would be filled to the brim, but apparently that wasn't the case. Quite a lot of seats were available for us to choose from.

Melon had the entire row of sofas to herself! :) |
|
Too bad there wasn't much to see outside at that point of time. |
The lounge has some TV screens, PC stations and reading materials, but no washrooms.

"Bikinis & Martinis" is such a cool magazine title! :P |

Endless supply of rice crackers! <3 |

Sweet or savoury popcorn, anyone? |

I drank three cups of the awesome iced coffee! :P |
