SIN: iLight Marina Bay 2017 [till 26 March 2017]

Marina Bay Waterfront, Singapore

As Asia's leading sustainable light art festival, the fifth edition this year showcases twenty installations by local and international artists, along with the various programmes targeted at individuals and families alike. Held since 2010, 'iLight Marina Bay' is centred around the use "energy-saving lighting or environmentally-friendly materials" to produce works of art.

The Merlion looks like it's made of crystals!
A big ticketed festival hub is the Art-Zoo Inflatable Park that's guaranteed to appeal to children.

Is that a big whale?

Simple, yet cute drawings! :)
Fancy a silent disco party where everyone wears noise-cancelling headphones?

The carnival games are brought to us by Uncle Ringo.

When was the last time I played bumper car, I wonder?

It'd be so fun to play that with many friends!
There's a huge balloon in the shape of a baby. You can project your face onto the baby's face and take a picture.

Head to Gastrobeats for a wide selection of food and beverages.

Adorable mochi! :D

I only tried the S$4.00 Thai milk tea, which was so-so... :/
If you have yet to drop by, do take note the festival runs until next Sunday, which is the last Sunday of the month of March.
