Happy New Year, everyone! May 2018 be more awesome for all of us. My BFF and I arrived at Swiss International Palace Hotel (4*) exactly one month ago for our 3D2N stay. How time flies! Situated at the bustling Gudaibiya Avenue, the hotel houses a total of 84 guest rooms.
As mentioned in the
previous post, the hotel initially forgot about the shuttle service that I'd booked way in advance. Despite being upset about it, we were glad that we reached the hotel safe and sound at the end of the day.

At the check-in counter, the staff apologised regarding the shuttle service. On top of that, given that the Deluxe Twin Rooms were overbooked, we received a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite. Sweet!

Do make use of the free shuttle service to and from the airport, but perhaps you may want to remind the hotel to pick you up the day before your arrival.
