VIE: Le Saigon Hotel

17 Dong Da Street, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Today's post marks the last one for 2025. I know it's been very slow moving, admittedly too slow for my own liking, but I'll try my best to continue sharing whenever pockets of time allow in this hectic pace of life. The last overnight stay in this particular trip was at Le Saigon Hotel (3*), which is about a 10-minute drive from Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

Reaching the hotel at around 1.30am, all I wanted to do was take a hot shower and hit the sack.

I took photos of the lobby area only the next morning.

If you’ve bought any strong-smelling items, they’re not allowed in the room. You can, however, ask the reception to help store them for you. See below for the items in question.

I was assigned to a room just one floor above the lobby.

The cheapest rooms don't come with windows.

That wallpaper is certainly a welcome sight in a windowless room.

Laundry bag? No, it's laundry basket instead.

There were chargeable mini bar items in the room.

Since there isn't any window view from the room, here's one from the corridor instead.

Breakfast is served daily on the topmost floor.

Smoking is allowed at the terrace area.

Ho Chi Minh City is the largest city in Vietnam.
Do check out my food blog post for more details.

What's the first thing you'd grab from a breakfast buffet spread?

Are you a fan of guava juice? Not me.
After getting some rest and breakfast to fuel up, it was time to head back to the airport for one last flight.
